To ensure a smooth transition into their new roles, JBLCF- B conducted a 2-Day Orientation for Newly Hired Employees last August 22-23, 2025 at the Admin Conference Room.
The activity introduced the employees to the school’s history, mission, vision, values, and policies, while also providing insights into workplace culture, procedures, and expectations. It served as an opportunity for them to meet fellow new hires and engage with department heads, fostering a sense of belonging and teamwork.
The newly hired employees were also formally welcomed during the Newly- Hired Immersion Day on September 12, 2025, where they experienced a deeper integration into the community.
