Second Place Win: JBLFMU–Arevalo Shines in the PACUCOA Community Extension Services Best Practices Competition


JBLFMU–Arevalo bagged Second Place in the PACUCOA Community Extension Services Best Practices Competition and was honored with a Plaque of Recognition and a cash prize during the PACUCOA General Assembly held on December 5, 2025. The award was formally received by Mrs. Ma. Leonora Saul, JBLFMU IMS Representative, and Dr. Eric Madera, JBLFMU–Arevalo Quality Assurance Officer.

This winning entry showcased JBLFMU–Arevalo’s outstanding framework for planning, implementing, and evaluating community outreach programs. Its needs-driven strategies, strong stakeholder partnerships, and active involvement of students, faculty, and staff resulted in measurable improvements within partner communities and transformative learning experiences for participants.
