COMMUNITY EXTENSION PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT Air-Conditioning Maintenance and Servicing Beneficiaries


In support of our Community Extension Program (CEP) and in line with our commitment to sustainable livelihood, community empowerment, and circular economy, we are proud to promote the trained beneficiaries of the College of Maritime Education (CME) who have successfully completed the Air-Conditioning Maintenance and Servicing Training Program.
This initiative aims to help our beneficiaries generate income, enhance their employability, and improve their quality of life by offering their acquired skills and services to the community.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the unwavering support of Engr. Sylvino V. Tupas, PhD, Administrator and Dean of the College of Maritime Education; C/M John Erll Destacamento, PhD, for spearheading this extension initiative; Mr. Elmer Garde, our dedicated trainer and Laboratory Staff; and the entire JBLCF-Bacolod Family for their commitment to empowering our partner communities through education, skills development, and livelihood opportunities.
