The BSTM 3 students recently embarked on a thrilling winter educational tour across Japan, together with ten faculty of the College of Business and Management immersing themselves in culture, history, and culinary delights.

Starting in Nagoya, they enjoyed the snowy scenery at Mt. Gozaisho Ski Resort, taking in breathtaking views while riding a cable car and playing in the snow.
Next, they ventured to Kyoto, the heart of traditional Japan, wandering through the enchanting Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and marveling at the vibrant Torii Gates of Fushimi Inari, which invite exploration of Japan's spiritual heritage.
In Nara, students were captivated by the free-roaming deer in Nara Park and visited Todai-ji Temple, home to a magnificent Great Buddha statue, reflecting on nature's harmony and spirituality.

The tour culminated in Osaka, where a day at Universal Studios Japan sparked their inner child. In the evening, they reveled in the vibrant streets of Dotonbori, taking pictures using the iconic Glico man as the backdrop, savoring local delicacies like ramen, takoyaki, okonomiyaki to ice cream and tanghulu eating amidst the chilly shopping district of Osaka. They also explored Osaka Castle, a stunning symbol of Japan's history, and enjoyed panoramic views from Umeda Sky.
This winter tour not only enriched their knowledge but also forged lasting memories and friendships. BSTM 3 returned home inspired, with a deeper understanding of Japan's heritage and a desire to share their experiences. The journey was a true testament to the power of experiential learning.
