The College of Business’ faculty member, Mrs. Louise May M. Lim, served as one of the on-site hosts in this year’s 6th National Forum on Media and Information Literacy (NFMIL) in CFA Compound, Sta. Mesa, Manila, February 9–10.
Mrs. Lim attended the national seminar with the College of Maritime Education’s faculty member, Dr. Elsie F. Gancia, who was among the collective plenary sessions’ moderators at the event.
Selected staff of The Seagull Publication also joined the synchronous online webinar via Zoom.
Moreover, the National Forum on Media and Information Literacy aims to establish its role in promoting media and information literacy in the country, with JBLFMU-Molo being one of the major sponsors along with reputable institutions across the Philippines.
