Mdpn. Syrus Miguel Santamena, a third-year Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering student at JBLFMU-Molo, was recently honored with the "Philippines Young Man of Outstanding Achievements, Exemplary Youth Leader, and Community Development and Youth Empowerment Advocate" Award during the 7th Dangal ng Lahi Awards held at Supreme Hotel, Baguio City, on April 6.
